Pros

The Zions Bank officers are great.

Cons

Beware of the Zions Wealth Management Leadership Team. They have very little experience in this industry and make many mistakes at their employees expense. After they hire you they will break your new hire agreement and any verbal commitments they had made you. They believe that all advisors are disposable. Instead of celebrating their employees success, they take credit. They’re a very toxic management team. Their mentality is sink or swim. You will get zero support.

Pros

The clients are amazing, and that's about it

Cons

No one is held accountable for anything they do or don't do. Double standards a daily issue.
