Pros

When I was first hired, I never knew I'd stay at the bank as long as I have, but the people are amazing and make it a great workplace. They put their money where they're mouth is when they say they're involved in community and care. Lots of opportunities for career development, leadership and management training. Great culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Supportive of work-life balance.

Cons

big organization takes time to understand/navigate

Pros

I’ve been a member of the Zions Bank team for 6 years, and feel fortunate every day to work in a department with strong leadership and excellent managers who encourage creativity, collaboration and professional growth. I’ve been given many opportunities for professional development, both through our internal employee development programs as well as through external programs including conferences and events, and I’ve earned several promotions during my career at Zions. Our President and CEO Scott Anderson leads Zions Bank with great integrity, and he is truly committed to creating value for our clients and for our communities.

Cons

Every company has its flaws, but none are so great that I wouldn't recommend Zions Bank as a place to work. Management has put in a sincere effort to enhance employee benefits, evaluating whether our benefits are competitive in the marketplace, and making adjustments as needed.

Pros

Ethical bank, great people to work with, management tries to keep you informed as to what is happening at all levels.

Cons

Historically Zions has not been very forth coming to meet the salaries that are paid by other banks. This has been improving.
