Pros

Zions Bank has an extraordinary philosophy regarding its employees. They care about each and every one of us and strive to make our workplace the best it can possibly be. I believe they are top notch and really care.

Cons

None. Zions is always reaching out to its employees for recommendations on how to make things better. I've never worked for a company that cares so much.

Pros

Provide excellent family/work balance. Really enjoy all of the people I work with. CEO, Scott Anderson, makes himself available to employees and upper management really want to hear from employees and consider new ideas. Community focused.

Cons

Understanding how all of the departments interact.

Pros

Good work/life balance, great leadership, you feel supported in your role, generally nice and fun coworkers, benefits are getting better

Cons

Benefits aren't always as good as other places, but they're working on it. Not always a lot of budget to learn new things or go to conferences, but they do a lot of in house training
