Pros

You learn a lot about finance, how to manage your money and what kinds of loans and other things are available to you. They also give insurance coverage at 20 hours a week. Which is unheard of anywhere.

Cons

It’s definitely an old boys club. So if you aren’t what they’re looking for you the growth is harder. But if they like you there are plenty of opportunities to move up

Pros

Time package is awesome, middle management want to make a differance, culture of improvement, employee ideas are embraced, love my job over all, senior management want to do the right thing which can be rare in this industry.

Cons

Still seems to have a boys club feel, technology is outdated although huge strides are being made to update it but adds to pressure to get to the top. As well as some management do not feel the same pressure as others. More needs to be done to hold everyone accountable so we can get to the next level.
