Pros

Zions Bank treats their employees very well. They offer benefits to full time and part time, matching 401K, 2 Weeks vacation starting, all federal holidays, and they don’t have a pushy sales culture like most other banks.

Cons

Some of the systems are out of date however they are going to be rolling out new systems in the next 2-3 years, some say pay is low compared to some other institutions but that is just what I have heard.

Pros

-Most of my coworkers were great to work with. -Schedule works nicely as a college student. -Great hours. Holidays off. Rotating Saturdays.

Cons

-Archaic technology. -I felt like a small fish in a big pond. Nobody outside my branch knew or cared about me. -Bonuses are basically non-existent for tellers.
