Pros

Ample opportunity to move within organization. CEO (Scott) truly cares about the company and the employees. Excellent coworkers. Benefits met my needs. Medical, 401k, PTO, etc

Cons

Major major changes happening right now and they are not fully coordinated. With the announcement of ZB,Na almost all departments have announced some sort of shift. Very political environment. A lot about "who you know" to get a promotion. Very conservative- in everything hiring, firing, technology, products, etc. Too many "brilliant jerks" at the company.

Pros

Okay pay, and relatively flexible hours. Benefits available for 20 hour tellers including: 401k, health insurance plans, and vacation/ holiday pay.

Cons

Expect to feel like you're working two or three jobs in one. Staff downsizing has been a nightmare for every branch manager for the last couple of years. Clients are expected to wait at least five minutes in line for simple transactions. Expect to get yelled at a lot if you're a teller or PB because of long wait times, excessive fees, and tight policies.
