Pros

Fun work environment. Awesome coworkers. Benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays for part time workers. Having peak time tellers and personal bankers was a huge plus, IF we could get one to our branch.

Cons

Constantly understaffed. One time I literally peed my pants because we were so understaffed and overworked, I couldn't take a bathroom break. Not much opportunity for growth unless you went to back office.

Pros

Excellent training and career opportunities.

Cons

Too many information systems. I had to access 10 different systems to get the information I needed. I know they are working on fixing this.
