Pros

Good leadership on retail banking side, for the most part. Good benefits package. Made the 2014 "Best Banks to Work For" list.

Cons

The bank is going through a lot of internal changes right now in sales culture and technology processes, but if you love continuous and unrelenting change, you may enjoy working here.

Pros

Decent benefits, fair pay, depending on where you are working, there may be some opportunities for advancement, good working hours.

Cons

Computer systems are outdated and have been for years, in the Boise area, if you are a female, this is the place for you. District manager has an obvious preference for hiring women. The tips you get for selling come from someone who you know couldn't sell half as good as the average banker.
