Pros

Good people to work with. CEO/President is wonderful and very community-oriented. Family oriented. Highly encouraged to volunteer and help in community. CRA isn't "lip service", it is part of the culture.

Cons

Moves very slow with IT projects and approvals. Highly conservative with the interpretation of banking regulations that stifles innovation. Some people managing vendors treat vendors like servants not partners.
