Pros

Definitely customer service oriented and isn't as sales heavy as Chase or Wells Fargo. Mid-level managers are amazing.

Cons

Health benefits aren't great. Lots of overlap in responsibilities make it difficult to know who is in charge of what.

Pros

Work/life balanceis promoted across all departments (as far as I could tell). Also, the bank provides good pay if you generate business for the bank.

Cons

Lack of long-term career prospects. I worked in operations and the bank viewed our department as an expense. Consequently, our dept did not receive the same attention/resources/opportunities that the revenue generating depts received. Bottom line - Zions Bank treats you well if you generate business for them. Otherwise, stay away.
