Pros

Flexibility, good people, ethical bank. It is the largest bank that is headquartered in the area and this size creates more growth oppurtunities for advancement. It also has a strong reputation within the community and people respect the name.

Cons

Very conservative, not enough bonus oppurtunities. There are some expectations to volunteer on your own time that are almost made mandatory by executives.

Pros

Well-respected in region, opens other doors. Nice people, good training opportunities. Decent systems, expected work schedule is not obcessive., etc.

Cons

Crummy benefits for such a large employer (really expensive, very little choice in coverage), nepotism... good luck getting ahead if you're not related to someone important.
