Lots of driving, old fashioned policies

Pros

Work - life balance is good. Most branches don’t micromanage you.

Cons

Definitely don’t get paid what you deserve. Taking on extra responsibilities doesn’t net you any extra pay, even if what you’re doing is a much higher paid position’s job.
