Cons

Currently understaffed at most branches. None competitive wage.

Pros

Outstanding coworkers, interesting work, private office, work from home flexibility and good pay.

Cons

It can be a real challenge getting deals through credit administration and the compliance minutia can be overwhelming sometimes.
