A Sleeping Giant

Pros

A Bank with strong foundations and the potential for significantly increasing market share if it adopts a more progressive culture and is prepared to take calculated risks

Cons

Innovation occurs at a slow rate which, when and if implemented, leaves us in a state of inertia. We can't continue to celebrate what we did 10/20/40 years ago. We have to get back to leading our market & placing trust in the leaders of the future

Pros

Flexible schedule, wonderful bright enthusiastic colleagues, CEO is amazing and my boss is the best.

Cons

Conservative culture is slow to change. The affiliate structure creates a lot of unnecessary back and forth on decision making.
