The company is fairly supportive of employees. HR focuses on training employees over disciplining. I know from managing employees that HR pushed me to avoid disciplinary action and instead use training. The company encourages self-training such as Pluralsight. I've had several managers and all of them have been good to work with. Not one bad apple. I attribute that to the company culture.
