Overall, okay!

Pros

It is a good starter job if you are wanting a consistent paycheck. A great place to start if you are pursuing a career in finances.

Cons

Generally draws in an older crowd. That applies to both clients and employees. Not the most exciting place to work as a college student.

Pros

Employees in all branches are great and really help each other. Pay is good, and lots of growth opportunity.

Cons

Bank has high expectations that seem to increase every year. Staff gets smaller, while goals get bigger. Lots of stress.
