Pros

I thing this company is filled with smart, kind, well-intentioned people.

Cons

The difficulty is that a lot of the employees are people who grew up in Utah and/or haven’t had a lot of work experience outside of Utah. While people are (for the most part) beyond kind, I think this limited experience impacts how they perceive issues like diversity/inclusion and the gender wage gap. To be clear. I don’t think any of it is malicious. I’m just not sure intent matters if the outcome is the same.
