Pros

Ample opportunity to move within organization. CEO (Scott) truly cares about the company and the employees. Excellent coworkers. Benefits met my needs. Medical, 401k, PTO, etc

Cons

Major major changes happening right now and they are not fully coordinated. With the announcement of ZB,Na almost all departments have announced some sort of shift. Very political environment. A lot about "who you know" to get a promotion. Very conservative- in everything hiring, firing, technology, products, etc. Too many "brilliant jerks" at the company.

Pros

Great People. I have worked in several different branches and there is a family feel to all of them. Pay is decent in relation to the competition.

Cons

Processes and Procedures are awful. There is a lot of talk about making things better and more efficient but nothing ever changes. Our systems are drastically outdated. We used to be very competitive in our market, however now we cant come close to competing on timing to get deals done. Upper management has cut back on staffing to a point that every department that I have worked with is behind on their work, over stressed and under goal. There has been such an effort to reduce expenses that they are cutting our ability to generate revenue.

Pros

The environment and managers are great. It's a family type work environment where everyone is out to help you instead of step on you.

Cons

The management is a little too loose on their employees. They need to be more strict at times to make sure that everyone is working the same, and not having to pick up the slack for others.
