      Pros

      Good products. Past reputation was solid.

      Cons

      US Leadership team is inexperienced and incapable. That would be ok if they cared about their people and their customers, but they don't. The U.S. lead cares about investors profiting and becoming CEO. It's a race to see if she can achieve her goal before the board understands how she did it (by focusing on short term solutions, eliminating internal competition and making people afraid).

      Pros

      Nothing is constant at Zoetis, only change. Work-life balance is nearly non-existent, and Zoetis is losing many great people.

      Cons

      The company is downsizing and restructuring process is in place. Many people, including newly hired to long-timers at all levels are let go on the spot. Extreme uncertainty for job security in 2016 and beyond, hold your breath every quarter when earning reports are released. There is no budget to do anything creative and only limited options for professional development. The leadership is Clueless regarding competition, product vision and marketing the products. Learn the products and the value proposition of the company before it is too late. Put people with a deep knowledge of the industry into your leadership team. Focus some investment on proven products - this lack of focus is costing the company the competitive advantage.
