      The big exit

      Pros

      Benefits are good, ceos vision and intentions sound good but don’t show through actions

      Cons

      -DO NOT trust the HR dept, they deserve overtime pay cleaning up after the old boys club -The old Pfizer boys club runs the place and has run away all of their top sales team -CEO allows this to perpetuate -leadership has been in a big exit bc the boys club is out of control and this has trickeled down to huge exit from sales force -not a safe place to work for your mental well-being, leadership plays mind games, there is no work life balance, it’s crazy over there. -Census/survey released every 6 months but leadership ignores failing grades across all categories -quotas unattainable, no one is getting paid anymore, the good ole days of zoetis are over

      Pros

      Focus on animals, good benefits, work from home, nice colleagues. Free lunch if you go to HQ (for now)

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Lack of communication and clarity. Botched strategies, and 0 accountability. Politics rule. CEO is an ex consultant so they seem to be everywhere. Running a tight ship where profits > people and customers.

      Great company, but not for IT professionals

      Pros

      Overall this was a great company to work for with a very important exception noted below. Business leadership was focused, effective, and open to new ideas.

      Cons

      Working inside the IT department here is a nightmare. The CIO is NOT qualified to be a senior leader and has created a toxic culture that misdirects employee energy away from meaningful results and achievements.
