      Pros

      Competitive salary, good location and good benefits. Industry leader, which if disentangled from Pfizer after spin off might be an even better place to work.

      Cons

      Constant change and uncertainty in the industry and particularly PFE. The strangling corporate activities that are a waste of time and energy. Managements constant micromanaging.

      Pros

      Management are very respectful of needs of one's life outside of work. Every colleague is first-rate and genuine. The pay is on par and benefits are very appreciated. A place where one feels valued while focusing on a life and family.

      Cons

      Simple decision making from management. Little imagination or sophistication. No obvious career progression or growth, left to your own devices. Upper management has either been too short or far too long on the job.
