      Pros

      Great to see the work you do help veterinarians and their animals. The employees are dedicated to protecting animals and the world's food supply.

      Cons

      Constant rumor mill about being sold/spun-off. Almost impossible to get a direct answer on strategy. Total responsibility for projects, but no ownership, which makes success fairly impossible.

      Pros

      Dynamic organization, market leader, growing faster than the market. A great environment to work and grow. Numerous opportunities for advancement within the organization and outstanding leadership.

      Cons

      You will work hard at Pfizer. Expectations are high but that is to be expected from employees of the market leader.

      Pros

      Very stable division. Great people to work with and Good Opportunities for career development. That was then, not too sure about now. Would not think its changed that much.

      Cons

      Location. This was an acquisition, so if you came with the acquisition then great, that was perfect. If not then may not investigate the area before you take the plung.
