      Pros

      It's a paycheck and that is not even worth it. The only reason I stayed there is I already had 20+ years when Pfizer sold off the animal health division.

      Cons

      Disrespectful of experienced employees. Unqualified management. My old manager (not sure how he was a director) is not even qualified to work as an entry level hourly worker. Management treats their employees like they are minions and should be happy they even have a job. They make you do unnecessary time consuming work because the management does not have a clue. They will not listen to the seasoned experienced employees.

      Ridiculous favoritism Complete lack of a good career path and development Worst in class performance reviews CEO and CFO live in their own worlds do not connect with employees A lot of high level people but no staff to do the work Expect to do a fair or a lot of entry level type of work at a Sr Manager Director Level Poor financial reporting tools

      Absolutely None. The work is high school level, and not at all challenging. There is no reward system if you work hard.

      Cons

      Brown nosing culture. Management brings you in to kiss up. No real work is done. Management behaves very immaturely, very pretentious. As a contractor, you have zero rights. When I started I found the desk literally full of unfinished notes, and half eaten snacks. Like someone just left suddenly. As I walked around the office I found two more desks with the same thing. It doesn't take a detective to realize there is very bad harassment going on in this workspace. Then it happened. I am telling you this place is a waste of time!
