Year after year, I have observed increasing communication challenges within the company. Additionally, I have noticed that some managers have openly discussed concerns regarding senior leadership with their teams, which contribute to an environment of uncertainty and low morale. This, coupled with the loss of key clients, suggests that there are opportunities to strengthen internal collaboration and improve transparency. The management has been challenging, particularly with the numerous reorganization efforts. Advancement seems more tied to personal relationships with leadership rather than merit, which has led to concerns about favoritism. Despite assurances from the new CEO last year that no further layoffs would occur in 2024, the company has undergone a second significant round of layoffs, affecting many long-tenured employees. As a result, remaining staff are facing increased workloads and extended lead times, while the company benefits from reduced labor costs. The initial layoffs did not yield the expected improvements in profitability, prompting this additional round in an effort to address ongoing financial challenges. These actions have severely damaged employee morale and trust, leaving many worried about their job security and future.
