The ability to have the option to work from home.

Cons

Upper leadership never communicated respectfully or even cared about work life balance. Sales team has no idea of what they sell to customers which caused a ripple affect to other teams. Super low base salary compared to other companies on the market. There is no room for growth in this company. The company emphasizes having a positive work culture however, this is not embraced at all. It has become too hostile and uncomfortable throughout the years where it felt like I was constantly doing clean up for sales who just wanted to sell without caring for the customers needs and only trying to hit monthly quota. They’ve done their first round of layoffs almost a year ago and has now done a second round of layoffs that took out some of their best employees who have been loyal to them for years. HR and upper leadership is a complete joke. Get out while you can. We are now starting to see the true downfall of Zonar.

This changed in a negative way after continental buying the company in 2017.
