If you do not want to hire contracts!! Stop wasting time on us!! If you do not have budget to fund the projects dnt play with the lifes of contractors!! Beware of this company and the management!! They suck at Communication!! Internal Politics!! I was hired by Zonar for a project and on the day of joining they called me to the recruiter office sign up the contract paperwork and on the 2nd day they say they are in housing the project!!! Please grow up Zonar and stop playing with peoples jobs!!! They called me for the project within one day and wanted immediate joining!! Beware of this company they dont even care for re-reimbursing the travel , I had to fly back on the 2nd day itself!!!

I absolutely love it at Zonar! The growth I have seen since I have started almost a year ago is amazing! I love the people I work with and the culture they are trying to maintain while growing. I have never worked for a company that take's care of their employees as well as Zonar has. I love coming to work each day and look forward to the challenges I face. I always have work to do which make my days fly by. I really like how engaged the founders still are with the company and products they offer. Most of all I am impressed with Zonars Customer Care department. On a daily bases I am reminded by our customers how we have the best customer service dept of any company they call. It feels great to hear what a great job we are doing not only by our customers but by our management team also. I strongly recommend Zonar to anyone looking for a fast paced and challenging place of employment.

Cons

I feel like our product ordering process can be a little more efficient for our customers. The length of time it takes customer to order basic products we sell can sometime take longer that needed.

Pros

Amazing people! Most of my two years were spent working with an awesome array of smart, talented people. Early on, I was able to take on challenging and fulfilling projects and feel a sense of accomplishment when complete.

Cons

Hold on to your hat! Chaos and change overshadow every department all the time. Today you are going down this path and tomorrow you'll do a 360. Getting management to think further out than a few hours, if your lucky, is a challenge. Be prepared for a ton of emotionally charged decisions. I hate to say that all this is a con, because for some, its exciting, but it makes working there a real challenge for most.
