Incredible Opportunity Lies Ahead!

Pros

The dramatic investment being made in the company is phenomenal. It's rare to have founding partners so engaged, motivating, collaborative and committed to keeping the "family feel" as we grow so rapidly. There is easy access to any senior exec at Zonar if you want it. The pace of play is exhausting at times, but you are only limited by how fast you can move. There is no red-tape or politics to deal with like in large companies (really). If you can imagine it and it makes sense, the mgmt.and exec response is consistently "go for it" and "let me know how I can help." People at Zonar genuinely like each other. It's a pleasant place to work.

Cons

As we standardize on a more clearly defined department and management structure, it can be difficult to ensure each dept is moving forward collaboratively vs. focusing just what's on their own plates. That said, if you ask for help (or invite yourself into another department's meeting) - the reception is always warm.

Pros

The people are great. I don't know why they are so loyal, but there are a lot of loyal employees. Some of the nicest people I have worked with.

Cons

The management is disjointed, sales is king and the overall product offering is weak. They have great technology that they haven't leveraged to the fullest. Their product offerings are sub par.
