Pros

The office building was very nice and stocked with coffee and La Croix. The technology was great. I had the freedom to do my job efficiently and accurately.

Cons

It's an entry level job so pay was low.

Pros

Literally only my direct coworkers, i would've left sooner if it weren't for them. There are ZERO other pros.

Cons

Where to even begin?? This company preys on young college students needing job experience and overworks them for minimal pay and no respect. I, and many other coworkers have been harassed on the job where the victim is the one who gets punished or brushed aside. My disability accomodation was denied simply due to the fact "this duty is in your job description" without any consideration of my physical or emotional well being. The zoomcare culture is fairly cult like, we barely stopped calling patients "Sarah" while we are referred to as "Emmas" all while ensuring "the perfect visit" in 15 minutes or less even if that means just rushing a patient out the door if their complaint is too complicated. ZC is absolutely tone deaf towards the diversity of its employees and is only the tip of the iceberg. We had no appropriate/ lacking ppe despite testing for covid and that was changed only when many employees contacted the state boards. We were given a 1% raise and $600 "for being on the frontline" instead of our contracted raises per year. We are judged solely on the number of patients we see and are forced to overcharge patients under the guise of transparency. Some providers are wonderful but others are incompetent and I've seen patient care fall through the cracks due to the lack of accountability on zooms end. I've and coworkers been graded not their ability to interact and provide patient care but rather by the color of our socks, our hair color, the plants in the break room, and the number of flu shots/physicals we can push on people. We are forced to move to different clinics 20+ minutes without any say or else they can just "not pay you" . Due to staffing shortages, the few coworkers left are overworked with an increasingly difficult workflow for zero compensation and unreliable technology to support then alongside managing an ENTIRE CLINIC by themselves. Only thing associates get from zc is burnout and stress. No wonder every associate leaves and turnover is incredibly high. When I asked what zoom will do to better retain our employees, my manager said " we will just hire more" Our managers have absolutely no healthcare experience (bodybuilders, Starbucks etc) but yet are responsible for managing providers and dictating our raises. We have no sick pay and have to use PTO if we get sick which blows my mind since this is healthcare. Zc pretends to be accessible to all pts but yet denies patients with Medicare (which prevents many patients from getting care). I once had to deny an elderly man care after getting hit by a car simply because he has Medicare...Honestly it would be easy for me to go on. The examples and atrocities zoomcare allows to exist are despicable. We are supposed to be "innovating healthcare" but in really we are a innovating new ways to turn a profit off of people seeking medical care. Retail healthcare is a tragedy to our already poor medical system and ZC is only furthering that by focusing on its profits and image only.. Why else would they pay Instagram influencers over compensating their employees fairly?Bottom line, save yourself the mental anguish and frustration by NOT WORKING HERE. Leaving the company was the best decision I ever made. You deserve better and our communities deserve better too

Pros

Pay is decent, work schedule is also nice.

Cons

Management tends to micromanage, there's no sick time, and they force you to use PTO if you're sick or take a day off without the option to give you unpaid time off.
