Pros

Great stepping stone if you want to work in the medical field.

Cons

If you have a family or you expect unexpected life events to happen, this is not the place for you. Management doesn't care about ZAs or providers. For the amount of work expected, the pay grade is terrible.

Pros

Great staff to work with, providers were usually very good at their jobs.

Cons

Focus on selling! Production bonuses designed to encourage over-testing and sales of supplies and medications from the 'store' within the clinic. Everyone required to practice medicine identically, no room for the 'art' of practicing medicine. Micro-managing. Quantity over quality.

We regret we were not a good match. Our bonus structure is based on several criteria, at the forefront being clinical quality based on a rigorous chart review process and timeliness. We believe strongly in practicing evidence-based medicine because this has been proven time and time again to lead to the best patient outcomes. We are truly a patient-centered organization. We stand by this philosophy and in no way encourage unnecessary costly care. Our core mantra is to deliver twice the care, at half the price with ten times the patient delight.
