Pros

Work inside a clinic and along a doctor, which is nice , if you are looking for a future job in the medical field. The benefits at this company are rather good as well.

Cons

LOW LOW LOW pay for the amount of work you have to do. No raises guaranteed, and there is a lot to remember. The management is rather strict,, and they don't allow one to truly be who they are- look at you as just another robot.

Pros

Co-workers are awesome and 3.5 days off

Cons

There are a lot of cons to this company. They still consider themselves a startup, but have been around for over 10 years. The way they treat their employees (especially associates) is abusive, similar to an abusive relationship where they say they will change, do for a minute, then go right back to their old habits. Getting breaks and lunches are non-existent, associates do the job of 3 or 4 people, and employee support lacks heavily. Even though you do get 3.5 days off, want to request some time off for a holiday? Think again, getting time off is impossible as you will constantly be denied any time off. Managers do not respond right away to employee concerns and will leave you hanging most of the time. The revolving door of unstable policies leaves employees confused with a lot of miscommunications between departments. No one is ever on the same page nor even told the same information. I'm not even sure the CEO knows what's going on, let alone middle management.

Pros

You get to play many hats as a clinic associate at ZOOM+ and they do give you many more opportunities/responsibilities that other companies might not for people do who not have their CNA. Would definitely be helpful for those wishing to go to nursing or PA school.

Cons

They don't pay their associates well and treat them like HQ staff and the providers. It's pretty close to being as low as you can get besides the GURU team which got treated worse. Seems to be a lot of negative energy.
