Pros

Work with some great people, the schedule is good. Living in Portland.

Cons

No raises, no incentive to stay with the company, they don't care about loyalty or how long you've been working for them. No sick time. Not enough breaks or rest time. Need to go to the bathroom or get a drink of water? Not gonna' happen. Have to ask people at the company HQ for a break over a computer chat!- people who have NEVER stepped foot in a clinic and have NO IDEA what is is like to work in a clinic. with real patients. in real time. all day long....TAKE. TAKE. TAKE from their employees and never reward them. Now so many employees have left the company that they have to close multiple clinics daily and then they ask the burnt out employees (see above) if they will now cover those shifts. It's comical. The bonus structure is a joke.
