Great culture. Great product. We ensured we hired engineers who worked well with others, knew their stuff, and took responsibility for their contributions.

Cons

They changed direction in the middle of a big project and laid off almost the whole tech department. :(

Pros

Most ZAs (coworkers) are welcome and friendly. You gain a lot of inpatient, front desk, lab, and phlebotomy experience. If you can survive working on your own, you can manage any clinic. Just need to know how to prioritize.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and a mess. Everyone in there gives you MISLEADING information and many broken promises. Your voice will not be heard and they over work you. High turn over rate and not enough training. They throw you under the bus and expect everything to be their way.

If you are looking for a job that will keep you busy with interesting work, this is a great place! I have learned so many new skills working for Zoom. When I first started here my manager promised that there were lots of opportunities for growth, and she was right. The company has definitely seen some rough times but it definitely isn’t a secret, and a lot has changed since then. Health Benefits are awesome. Our clinics are great, and I love going there as a patient. Coworkers are really nice. CEO is a funny guy.

Cons

No holiday pay for hourly employees is just silly.
