ZOOM+Care has been great for me but isn't for everyone

Pros

Great cross functional teams. Collaborative environment filled with highly intelligent driven professionals. Peers are connected to the mission at Zoom and work very hard to help Zoom be successful at delivering the perfect visit to our patients and change the healthcare system.

Cons

Work life balance can be challenging but is doable when you clearly define your boundaries. change fatigue is a real thing here. The leadership teams do a really good job of helping everyone work through the constant and sometimes rapid change. Career paths are a little unclear and undefined at times but people that work hard and express interest in new roles typically are supported.

Smart co-workers, care about Sarah (patients), innovative. Feels good to be part of a smaller company that isn't bound by politics and can move fast. Lot's of positive change recently.

Cons

Change is fast and constant. Some ideas don't work out perfect. You can't take it personally if your idea doesn't work out.
