Pros

good co-workers, harding working clinic support, good healthcare benefits with the PPO plans

Cons

No holidays, bad pay for high expectations, some bad providers, care more about the "brand" than actual functionality of the clinic, care more about money than providing safe proper PPE, would rather send COVID patients to high volume clinics because of the money grab, CEO asks for feedback but doesn't take it, uses "we are still a small business" as an excuse for bad treatment of employees, lots of PAs but not a very good network of supervising doctors, impossible to make vertical movement, poor technology, bad communication and will "switch up" something because they want to and will try be mad at you for not getting in line. "Bonus" criteria for providers is metrics which forces them to practice bad medicine and puts others at risk during COVID because of lack of time to sanitize rooms.

ZoomCare Response
5y
ZOOM+Care is committed to our mission to provide twice the care, at half the cost, with ten times the delight. Our patients are at the center of our strategy and our work to revolutionize healthcare and make it easier, simpler, and instantaneous to schedule and receive quality care. We are proud of our talented team of providers who offer daily care, urgent care, and speciality services on a daily basis. We are also proud of our leadership team who have significant experience across healthcare, technology, and retail to drive our business strategy and reach our goal to eventually serve millions of patients through what we call our Right Care Framework. We offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as a suite of other ancillary services. We have competitive PTO and time off policies, including paid holiday time, a community service day, and a sabbatical program to celebrate and recognize milestone years of service. Our employees are very positive about our workplace benefits and time off allowances. We conform to the CDC guidelines in terms of PPE; and have cleaning, sanitizing, safety procedures, and COVID-19 procedures, as well as a Physical Distancing Policy in place to protect our clinic staff and our workers at headquarters. Our primary goal is to keep our patients and employees safe at all times, and we are doing everything to ensure that is the case. Karleen Mussman, Chief People Officer

Pros

Schedule was good, left room for social life

Cons

Coworkers were clique-y and would complain about me to my manager. Management would expect me to improve and change while offering no additional training or support. When I asked for help, I was shot down and turned away. They were also money hungry and didn't care about patients, put pressure on providers to just improve their numbers but didn't care about quality.
