VERY forward thinking mindset, empathic and person-centered system. New HR and management team CARES about the employees and stability is rock-solid. THIS is the company to drive innovation forward in healthcare.

Cons

Have to keep pace with a quick-changing environment, but the leadership has a vision and passion that doesn't waffle.

- Pizza party - Work closely with federal government entities - Lead by people with great work ethics - Great location attracts lots of talents - Local famous, lots of news coverage - Quiet work environment - Access to immense capital - Care over online chat is cool - Dogs - Great coworkers - Have tangerines

Cons

- Not enough tangerines, too many apples - No chess tournaments - QA build in prod - Still getting texts

Zoom has a foundation of strong clinical continuous quality improvement, both clinically and professionally. There is also good organizational transparency, which I appreciate as a provider.

Cons

Must be willing to work 1 weekend day a week. Some limited coverage for paid time off. Required to work 1 national holiday a year.
