Pros
This is a great company if you are flexible, communicate and work well with others, and can think and act quickly. Middle management sees to your needs and you've got a lot of clinical and institutional support behind you. Compensation is competitive and your co-workers will became your new best friends. You'll get along much better if you drink the Kool-Aid; but if you agree with the company mission and philosophy (which are great) then it's easy to swallow.
Cons
Haven't found any yet. Days are a little long but you only work 3.5 days/week so it balances out.
