They replaced their technology stack with an off the shelf solution. I understand why they did it. If you are not a technical worker it is a great place to work. If you are a technical worker, look somewhere else.

Pros

Zoomcare is an excellent place to work with flexible work schedules that allow for great personal life balance. Senior Leadership truly care about their staff and operational decisions are made with the patient being the #1 focus- as healthcare should be. This is shown through the hyper focus on things like employee surveys and consistent reviews and feedback from patients. I love it here! My co workers are awesome too!

Cons

Healthcare is hard sometimes. Sometimes the days are slow (less than 10 patients) but sometimes days are really busy- (20 patients and your clinic buddy calls out leaving you as the solo provider for the day). Life is what you make it though and the reason I’m a provider is to provide care to patients… it’s okay if it gets a little busy from time to time.
