Pros
When I worked there, they had a flex start time. I worked from home. You could start work at any time from 5:30am-9am, and work 8 hours with a half hour lunch. You didn't even have to tell anyone, just start somewhere between those times. Had to be hard for the managers, but the managers were great.
Cons
The pay was too low. I couldn't afford rent, and had to get a second job. I eventually quit because of that. HR was also very slow to respond because they were overworked. Other people in other departments that I knew also quit for this reason, over worked, and under paid.
