      - Opportunities for growth - Unlimited PTO - New updated offices filled with snacks, a cafe, covered parking, and a gym - Hybrid working model - Stock options

      Cons

      - Pay - Disingenuous leadership - Turnover do to poor leadership, and poorly trained managers - Executive leadership is struggling to put the right leaders in place - No diversity, and no real interest or commitment to improving minority representation - Turnover due to culture once you look past the pros - Lack of interest in investing in minorities in tech - Struggle with boundaries when not working or on vacation

      The most disorganized sales organization I have been a part of. Too many people calling into the same account causes chaos. Certain managers use fear tactics.
