      Great company, product, & people... unfair compensation

      Pros

      Being at a market-leading company makes ZoomInfo an easy sell. The organization arms you with all the best tools you could ever need. Leadership is incredibly hard-working, passionate, and inspiring.

      Cons

      Sales reps get paid when cash is collected from clients. Sometimes clients don't pay their invoices and as result, you don't get commission checks for the hard work you put in. Or, if you close a multi-year contract and leave the organization, you won't get paid for the closed business you sourced the company!

      Pros

      Base pay is solid especially out of college. New office is nice, snacks, cold brew on tap, etc.

      Cons

      Felt like i was a telemarketer, just sitting there dialing the same 100 numbers over and over every day

      There are no Pros that I experienced.

      Cons

      I felt like it was a great place if you are right out of college or in college, but it seemed like I was working in a 20 YO frat house!
