Terrible culture and management micro manages to no end. 2-4 call blitz's a week, calls, emails, and activity all tracked daily with punishment if not exceeded. 2.5Million dollar quota for 6 months. Only can hit accelerators 2x per year and only about 20 out of 65 reps actually hit quota last half. The pay is absolutely terrible and they track pipeline on a daily spreadsheet and are on top of it hourly. Not to mention the quota is so confusing we have to have team calls about it all the time, not a single rep fully understands it as an AM. All the male managers are super misogynistic. It's a boys club and if you do not drink the kool aid then you are an outsider. Unlimited PTO, but they make it impossible to take time off, but somehow all the managers find time to take weeks off at a time.

Significant commission changes happen just days before payday without explanation. Commission errors happen constantly with a blatant disregard for employee’s livelihood making it impossible to plan financially.
