Great opportunity to sell an industry leading product. The synergies between all functions at Zoominfo allow the go to market team to run incredibly efficiently. You will learn a ton regardless of how much industry experience you have.

Cons

High expectations for performance. Quotas are attainable but by no means come easy.

The product is excellent & the organization is going places. Senior leadership hasn’t taken their foot off the gas post IPO. High level of talent.

Cons

The “hit your number” tag line is ironic because of how lofty the goals are. The inbound meetings are a plus, but certainly not what I expected as an external hire. The inbound router is similar to the wealth gap- the rich get richer. I’m not naive enough to think top reps shouldn’t get the best meetings, but you have to draw the line somewhere if you want to hire at scale and expect new AEs to do well. All the reviews regarding work life balance are true. The pay doesn’t seem as great when your working so many hours.
