      Pros

      Nice office. Good people. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Management prioritizes their own titles and promotions over employee well-being and work environment. Promotions appear to be gender/age biased. Toxic and unhealthy workplace. Employees are not appreciated. No promotions for 3-5 years of work. Poorly organized events with bad food and cheap gifts. Yearly bonus is a sham; performance reviews are used to avoid payouts.

Regarding comp plans, we set quota targets that we believe are achievable and in partnership with our team members. We always encourage our sales teams to have open dialog with their leaders about sales numbers and comp plans to make sure they reflect the realities of the market.
