      Pros

      I've been with DiscoverOrg for 4 years now and the company has helped me grow so much as a person. It's nice working for a company where hard work never goes unnoticed, it's motivating and pushes you to work harder and stand out. DiscoverOrg has grown so much sense I started here, its an exciting time for the company. Couldn't ask for a better company to work for or a better group of people to be surrounded by.

      Cons

      The work load can be stressful at times but the payoff is always worth it. The company is constantly growing so there has been a lot of moving around.

      - Rapidly growing, well-funded company run by a passionate CEO - Company is very good at identifying talent and nurturing individuals to be leaders - Decent amount of mobility between departments - Very open and transparent culture, almost zero office politics or drama - Great managers and great co-workers, made a lot of lifelong friends working alongside me

      Cons

      - The speed of growth means that you are really drinking from the fire hose day one. If you get overwhelmed easily or don't like being pushed to perform, probably not a great place for you to work - Part of the no office politics means that if you screw up, you will be told you screwed up...BUT... people are quick to forget and forgive
