      A Special Place To Work

      Pros

      You get to help build a product that is meaningful to thousands of businesses. You get to work alongside and learn from intelligent and motivated individuals. Total compensation is great - base pay , bonuses, equity, 401k/HSA matching, unlimited pto etc etc the list goes on.

      Cons

      Can be a difficult place to work for unmotivated individuals. The company moves fast and the goal is to be the best in our space and continuously innovate so naturally a lot is expected of people - but we are celebrated and compensated appropriately. This is not the company to join if you want to be mediocre.
