Pros
Cool building to work in. They offer trainings for different certifications for devs. Usually hybrid for developers. The people for the most part where cool in the dev teams.
Cons
They have a startup like culture where you have to work so much. It seems like it's an issue for people as you move up the ladder in the company. It didn't effect me in my department but in the hiring process they do tell you about it. This may not be a long term problem but during my time there they had very little promotions. I think within the department of 60+ devs only 2 or 3 got promotions at the end of year. Also promotions are usually scheduled like once a year. It was never used against me but I did find out that they use a service called jellyfish to track your performance.
