      Pros

      Leadership is hell bent on helping you make the most money. It's unlink anything I've ever seen. Everyone is all hands on deck. The product sells itself and is incredibly powerful in its marketplace and customer tech stacks.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work HARD. This is an incredibly driven company and everyone is expected to give their best in each day.

      Lots of free time Very relaxed management Free lunch, on some days No layoffs!! yet ...

      Cons

      Lots of tech debt, constantly need to fix things. If you're an experienced engineer expect to work on stabilizing whatever product you're working on. I had to do that for the first 3 months I was here. Oh, and you get no credit whatsoever for doing that, but oh well Not the best engineering culture I've worked in, but it's changing ... slowly Lots of turnover in engineering, smart engineers keep leaving regularly
