However, we take your concerns about work/life balance, management accountability, and performance expectations seriously.
This month we did undergo a restructuring so that every rep is focused on a specific segment: SMB, Mid Market, or Enterprise. By segmenting the New Business team, we expect to drive improvement in win rates, ASP increases in up market segments, better retention downmarket, improved enablement, and more role specialization.
