      Pros

      Zoominfo if the best place to win at. It is very completive and rewarding. If you crush it you can and will move up here. Everybody has the same goal of winning and they are so helpful. The culture is competitive and fun. Leadership enables you to do the job the best way you know how to. The product is amazing and customers actually love it

      Cons

      The worst place to lose at. Sometimes the inner workings of Zoominfo are harder to navigate than the actual selling of the product. Like most companies, there are internal challenges that can frustrate you and make your job harder.

      High quality team personally and professionally. Everyone here is at a high level, or high potential. Real opportunities to learn and progress. Very supportive management and a nice atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      It wouldn’t be for everyone but if you’re willing to work hard, progress and want to learn then no better place.
