Key word: Impact. Some companies like to say that they want their employees to solve problems and make an impact, but in my experience, fewer than you'd think actually empower employees to make that impact.

Cons

Very fast paced. We are a post IPO company, and as part of that there is a natural maturation process that comes with scaling the company in a post-IPO world. This has impact on pace, culture, accountability, etc. It's always a tough transition, one that I think we're working through better than most, but always a natural struggle for individuals who have been here for a long time.
